Shane Hambrook
Owner / Director of Operations
Shane started Modern Cave in 2012 when he decided it was time to take his years of experience and passion in the construction and framing world and adjust it to how believes it should be run, with honestly, open communication, and guidance every step of the way.
Cole Piercy
General Manager
Cole has known Shane for many years outside of Modern Cave, and in April 2021 Cole joined the fast expanding company. Originally hired as a Lead Hand and most recently transitioned into his newest role of General Manager.
Crystal Christie
Assistant to Direct of Operations
Crystal joined the team in August 2021, she keeps Shane as organized as possible working closely with Shane, Cole and Modern Cave's lead hands for the behind the scenes work and management.
