Known for his creative, outside-the-box approach, Shane brings both expertise and fresh perspective to every design and build, turning ideas into thoughtfully crafted spaces.

Rob leads our project management team with 28 years of hands-on construction experience. As a former airline captain, he brings discipline, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety to every project.

Crystal joined Modern Cave in 2021 and has been the driving force behind its seamless day-to-day operations ever since. Working behind the scenes, she keeps everything on track—coordinating schedules, managing project details, and handling account payments—ensuring every piece falls perfectly into place and nothing is ever overlooked.

Devon keeps every project moving forward and every detail under control. From schedules and trades to last‑minute changes, he’s the calm in the chaos—making sure crews, materials, and clients are always on the same page so jobs stay on time and on budget.
