The new Health, Wellness, and Athletics Expansion Centre at the University of Medicine Hat completed in early 2022! Designed with the innovative Glulam Plus structure this stunning facility features an open concept layout, breathtaking glass windows, and a striking ceiling enclosure. The exterior wood paneling adds a warm touch, making it a truly beautiful space for students and the community to enjoy. and experience the perfect blend of functionality and aesthetics!
This project tested our skills in many ways. We started with a GPS location that needed land clearing and wild life sweeps to ensure no wildlife were being affected. With no utilities we started from scratch and had to arrange all services for this home. From empty land to a new home on a beautiful piece of land with an incredible view!
